I connect dots others miss across
people, systems, and tech
to unlock what's next.
Curious about AI for science? Start here
Let's connect.

I trained as a neuroscientist. I left the lab because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant people stuck in systems that couldn't keep up with them. So I went to where the systems were breaking. Startups, ecosystems, emerging tech. And started building.
Five years later, I've advised 18 science-tech ecosystems, hosted 100+ guests on The DeSci Mic, and spoken at 500+ events. I build things across domains that don't usually talk to each other.
I care most about what AI can do for science. I built an open pipeline with Claude that pulled 148k findings from 11k POTS papers, then corrected wrong IDs in 35% of the model-tagged entries. I replicated it for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome with support from Anthropic's AI for Science Rare Disease Program.
Sharing that work brought 100+ researchers, providers, and patient builders to my inbox asking how to do it themselves. So I turned hundreds of bookmarks into an AI for Science hub, a place for scientists to see what AI can do in the context of their own work.
My personal motivation for building trustworthy, connected systems in science comes from developing an illness in high school. Due to limited research and experts in this field, I set out to connect those dots. Having worked as a researcher, developer, and marketer, I know how to speak the language of scientists, engineers, and communicators to make the progress that is needed.
Every role I've held, every project I've built, every conversation I've had on stage or on mic comes back to the same question: How does this work, how could it work better, and how do I help people see that?
I think like a researcher about people, technology, and the systems that connect them. I see 10,000 steps ahead across product, ops, tech, finance, and business model before most people consider the first step.

I build, and I help others build. Whether I'm embedded with your team or architecting from the outside, the goal is the same: unlock what's next.
Funded startups and teams with a problem to solve
Idea to working product. I think across product, ops, tech, finance, and business model simultaneously.
Enterprise, established SMBs, and legacy organizations
Digital transformation, emerging tech adoption, new markets, strategic redirection. I see what's coming and translate it into what to do about it.
Accelerators, cities, institutions, and community builders
I architect accelerator programs, fellowships, and innovation ecosystems, plus build the tools to run them. 18 ecosystems and counting.
20-minute discovery call. Tell me what you're building and I'll tell you how I can help.
Where people, systems, and tech collide. And what it means for what's next.

I speak at the intersections where the most interesting ideas happen. Each talk is tailored to your audience and outcome goals.
What it actually takes to go from idea to product to traction. Lessons from building across 18 ecosystems.
Founders, accelerators, corporate innovation teams
Where AI, hardware, and decentralized systems are converging. What the next 5 years look like.
Tech conferences, executive audiences, investors
The neuroscience of focus, decision-making, and sustainable high performance.
Corporate teams, health/wellness events, leadership summits
Why the most interesting ideas happen between fields, not within them. How to see and build at the edges.
Interdisciplinary conferences, innovation labs, universities
Every talk is custom-built for your audience. Let's discuss what would move the needle for your event.
From neuroscience to NFTs to decentralized science. A decade of speaking across audiences.

100+ guests, 2M+ impressions. Conversations with the builders, scientists, and thinkers shaping what's next.
Listen at futurestate.media“There's a good possibility a lot of us will be working for Erin sometime in the future, and I'm here for it.”
“Every time I meet with Erin it is the exact conversation I never knew I needed to have. She opened me up to a whole new world of possibilities.”
“Erin is one heck of a good person. You folks in Milwaukee got some gems there.”

Open science data, tools, and workshops for researchers.
A hub for scientists who want to know which AI tools to use for what in their own work, with the people already using them. Built from hundreds of tools and bookmarks: a field guide, a toolbox, a living timeline and a job board.
An open pipeline built with Claude that pulled 148,186 findings from 11,519 POTS and dysautonomia papers, each with its verbatim source quote. Wrong IDs corrected in 35% of model-tagged entries. Selected for Anthropic's AI for Science Rare Disease Program, and 100+ researchers, providers, and patients reached out to collaborate.
The Open POTS method replicated for Ehlers-Danlos syndromes and hypermobility, with support from Anthropic's AI for Science Rare Disease Program. 24,200 findings from 3,558 papers published 1946 to 2026, each with its verbatim source quote.
The reusable method behind Open POTS and the EDS dataset. Retrieve papers, screen them, extract one row per finding with its source quote, check quality with negative controls, and package it so anyone can re-verify. One config file per condition.
Programs, media, and protocols for open, verifiable science.
Decentralized science institute I co-founded. A 6-month global fellowship that trained 80 scientists and AI and blockchain developers to build together, plus weekly workshops and a science hackathon at Frontier Tower's SF bio and neuro wet lab.
An industry map of decentralized science, built from surveys of 67 teams. I was lead researcher, at talentDAO in 2023.
Co-founded. An open protocol for verifying scientific data, and a tamper-resistant bioreactor that signs its sensor readings at the source, built for 5 academic partners.
100+ guests, 2M+ impressions. Conversations with the builders and thinkers shaping what's next.
